Refund policy
Since our products are custom-made to order, we maintain a strict policy regarding returns and exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, you must submit a claim within 7 days of the delivery date.

Requirement: To process a replacement or refund, you must provide an unboxing video and clear photos of the defective product along with the original packaging.

Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Wrong Size or Change of Mind Because each item is printed specifically for you, we do not offer returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size ordered.

Change of mind or personal preference.

Minor color variations (slight differences between screen brightness and physical fabric are normal in digital printing).

Size discrepancies within a tolerance of ±0.5 inches.

Lost in Transit For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. We will cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you if the loss is confirmed by the courier.
Return to Origin (RTO) If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address, the customer being unavailable, or refusal of delivery, the item will be stored for 100 days. You may request to have the order re-shipped to a corrected address for an additional shipping and handling fee.
